Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

Our refund and returns policy have a duration of 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we regret that we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.

To qualify for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it. It should also be in its original packaging.

Several categories of goods are non-returnable. These include perishable items like food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines. We also do not accept returns for intimate or sanitary products, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Additional items that are non-returnable include:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products
  • Certain health and personal care items
  • To process your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.          
  • Please refrain from sending your purchase back to the manufacturer.
  • Partial refunds may be granted in specific situations, such as:
  • Books with noticeable signs of use
  • Opened CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record
  • Items not in their original condition, damaged, or with missing parts not due to our error
  • Returns made more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will send you an email to confirm the receipt of your item. We will also inform you about the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a specific number of days.

Late or Missing Refunds
  • If you have not received your refund yet, please start by checking your bank account again.
  • Then, contact your credit card company, as it may take some time for the refund to be officially posted.
  • Next, contact your bank. There is often a processing period before a refund is reflected in your account.

Sale Items

Refunds are only applicable to regularly priced items. Sale items, unfortunately, cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a product for the same item, please send us an email at {info@techcubedigital.com} and return your item to: {500 Terry Francois St. San Francisco, CA 94158}.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and was shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once we receive the returned item, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item was not marked as a gift when purchased, or if the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will issue a refund to the gift giver, and they will be informed of your return.

Shipping Returns

You are responsible for covering the shipping costs for returning your item. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. If a refund is issued, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

The time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary depending on your location. For higher-value items, you may want to consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee the receipt of your returned item.
